Terms of service

These terms are between you (the business using Oten Search) and SPC Enterprises ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Oten Search provides product search for your Neto online store. We read your product data from Neto using the API key you provide, keep a search index of it, and serve search results to your website's visitors.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your login secure.
• You're responsible for what people do with logins on your account.
• You must have the right to connect the Neto store you connect.

Free trial and payment

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in Australian dollars, including GST. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• If a payment fails we retry for about a week, keeping search running. If it still fails, search is paused until payment is made.
• You can change plans or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the plan at the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' email notice.

Fair use

Each plan includes a number of websites and products. If you go over, we'll ask you to move to a plan that fits. You must not use the service to break the law, attack or overload it, or resell it without our agreement.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but don't guarantee it. If the search is unavailable, your website falls back to Neto's own search. We may pause the service for maintenance.

Your data

Your product data and search statistics are yours. We use them only to provide the service to you. When your account ends we delete your indexes and search history after 30 days, or straight away if you delete your account. See the privacy policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms, or end the service with 60 days' notice.
